Hi! I found you through brassy apple...those are SO cute. I have made a couple but I have the stuff to make more. I need to do it! I love the Valentine's twist. What a great idea! That was so thoughtful to make them for all the teachers!!

Hi Jane! That's a great question. I did not use any special thread for it. You only put it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. I've used mine many times without any problems. I would be careful to watch though as I would with anything I put into the microwave.

Do you have to use a special thread type for the embroidery? Is it microwave safe? Thanks.

Wow--unbelievable. You two are a couple of powerhouses to pump out such an incredible amount of sacks! The teachers will love those! I received my first sack like that a hundred years ago when I was teaching myself. A cutie 5th grader gave me a bag that was filled with feed corn. I have loved it, and still use it. Our tile gets so cold at night that I can't go to bed without warming that bag and snuggling in with it. I am anxious to try the wheat with the oils---I have never heard of trying that before. What a great idea! Thanks so much for sharing, and the embroidered bags are so darling!
